14.04.2023 - 10:06Arma è sinonimo di qualità ed efficienza. Pause pranzo veloci in questa mensa self service, ma con prodotti freschi preparati al momento. Personale molto gentile. Unico punto che mi sento di consigliare è di fornire più spesso una scelta di secondo vegetariano caldo.

12.04.2023 - 04:39First of all, I must say that we were very happy with the friendly people who worked all over the hotel. Everyone was very kind and obviously committed to their jobs, which is why I hate to give a bad review, and I would like to say clearly that this review focuses on eating only! We stayed at Azalea Hotel for 3 nights, so we had three dinners there. A dinner is always full of vegans. No restrictions are of course nice and apparently reason for many vegans to rate five stars. Nevertheless, regarding the 4-5 course meals (buffet to share, entree, 2 main courses of 3 to choose, dessert) I kind of missed the common theme. I felt the meals were somewhat random and often not very balanced. Also some of them were quite bland, while others were too salty, a (a kind of boiled radicchio with a lot of oil, but cold and quite bitter) was not edible for me and I also saw other handing much back. There was nothing elegant about eating except his presentation, no or unbalanced flavors to him. I'm not a picky eater and I usually eat what I'm presented in a restaurant because I trust that the cook had a thought I would understand when I try. But in this case, I just didn't understand or even find out what the idea was. So if you expect from the beautiful pictures You fine food will probably be disappointed. I observed that the simple dishes were the best. One evening was more traditional and there were dishes from the region: a very good soup, hints with mushrooms and fried potatoes, herb and a tofu-Wiener, all very good, flavors at the right place and just well made. Maybe sometimes less is just trying more and too hard, is not convincing on a record at the end. By the way, breakfast was good, although there would have been a spicy tofu or some more options for a hearty breakfast, it was more oriented to a sweet breakfast. Hot drinks could be ordered at the table, the rest was on the buffet. One morning the almond milk in my cappuccino was clearly burned (behaves when the milk is too much heated) and tasted funky. On the other day the pancakes I tried were still a little raw in it. I don't think that should happen. But you had other options. The food was also freshly prepared with ingredients from the region and its own garden and was more on the healthy side that is a plus. Again everyone was beautiful and welcoming, but we probably won't be back.

03.04.2023 - 09:26Die Bäckerei ist schon direkt von außen einfach toll anzusehen. Die Auswahl an veganen Produkten ist recht groß, vor allem, wenn man früh am Tag kommt. Nachmittags haben wir noch vegane Croissants mit Nussfüllung und veganen Nussstrudel bekommen. Auch viele der Brötchen sind vegan.
