I've been there 8-10 times since open. Pizzas are pretty damn good consistently. Totally different from Queens or Pizza Hut, not better just something different... Weiterlesen I've been there 8-10 times since open. Pizzas are pretty damn good consistently. Totally different from Queens or Pizza Hut, not better just something different and new. ALTHOUGH their wings are an absolute joke they are no better than a pack of Tyson wingsin your freezer cooked in the oven, some were so small it was a joke should have cost half of what it did. For wings go toQueens, they have less flavor options but the chicken itself isn't even in the same league. Also any steak sub or sandwich alsoa pathetic overpriced joke compared to Queens, Papas, or Solo's etc.

Pretty slow service getting our food. The staff didn't really seem like they knew what was going on. They really cater towards vegetarians if that's your thing. I put in an online order which was supposed to be ready at 10:20 pm. Got there at 10:20 and doors were locked. Sign on door said the doors are locked at 10:30.... Go to drive thru and say what I’m there for. Wait 5 minutes to get to the window and the girl wanted money. I told her I had the online order and she looked at me like she was dumbfounded. Waited another 10 minutes to get food. I went around the building and checked the bag. We ordered 2 fries and there was only one fry. Went back to the window and 2 girls looked at me and started talking. A minute later one came to the window and I told her about the fry. She said “Oh we forgot to tell you that we ran out of fries and need to give you another side.” Got macaroni and cheese which tasted awful. Got home and the chicken sandwich had no mayo and burn marks on the bun. My son tried to eat the chicken which turned out to be spicy instead of original. He can’t have spicy food. The fries that we did get were cold and hard, mashed potatoes were chunky and cold. The gravy was lumpy. The chicken breast I got was extra crispy instead of original. We couldn’t eat any of it. I called but they had already closed. So the next day I called 4 times before someone answered. I asked for a manager and they didn’t say a word. I was put on hold and 5 minutes later I hung up bc no one answered. I called back 4 different times and each time I got a busy signal. I called the next day and no one answered. I paid $27.00 for food that we couldn’t eat and I wasn’t able to talk to a manager about it. I don’t want to go there bc I’m very upset and don’t want things to get out of hand. I have always had good food from here but after this happened I don’t ever want their food again.

The selection is always great and the food tastes stellar. I'm often with LC.

Someone asked if they are hiring and they said no, yet they need the help it seems since it takes so long for the food. People who came in after me got their food before me. Never going there again.

Food was good but very very expensive. Pretty setting BUT we called 3 weeks early to reserve a particular table in the corner by the fireplace for ValentinesDay... Pretty setting BUT we called 3 weeks early to reserve a particular table in the corner by the fireplace for ValentinesDay(had tried for New Years Eve and told that table had been reserved for more than a month). Anyway we were told it was available for 6:30 on Valentines Day so we reserved it and we were so happy. So when we got there lo and behold another couple (my guess is they were “special patrons “ to be catered to no matter what” were seated at our table and Julio’s was “sorry, but we would have to take what was available”. We were not happy and very disappointed to say the least and have decided they do not keep their word so don’t waste your time for an overpriced meal even for a “special” occasion!

This also includes an unexpected chance to meet the bth of the owner chef. I have to tell them: I really didn't expect much to cost my share of great meals. but this place?! Baaaaaay-bee: so flipping good. ? and the ambiente: everything! and I am ready to say that I had the best laugh I had in my life. so far, you have to try. it's worth every penny?
