I would definitely not do this again but still was a decent experience.

There are four sushi restaurants in a 3 block radius, two are super expensive, another has a conveyor belt also but the sushi is meh. Sushi Ohana crushes it eve... Weiterlesen There are four sushi restaurants in a 3 block radius, two are super expensive, another has a conveyor belt also but the sushi is meh. Sushi Ohana crushes it every time. They kept up with take out orders throughout the dark times, and are back up and running per usual. Sometimes they're super busy and catching a server to throw down a custom roll can be tough, so if you're in a hurry, rock the excellent sush on the belt. Try the onion topped salmon nigiri it will rejuvenate the rest of your day. Unless you don't like salmon, in which case, you might want to get that checked out as that's just tragic. If I had to whine about anything it would be that they've had the radio playing in the background complete with commercials the last 6 times I've been in there, and dang time to sign up for a music app.

I wonder if there's new management, but this last visit of our favorite sushi place has left a different impression than the many previous times. Dinner AYCE ha... Weiterlesen I wonder if there's new management, but this last visit of our favorite sushi place has left a different impression than the many previous times. Dinner AYCE has increased its price to 35 dollars a person with absolutely no menu changes and the rice to fish portions were ridiculous. We've never had a problem with the rice to fish ratio, but that's what makes me think maybe there's new management. There was so much rice with the sushi pieces that you couldn't effectively pick up the pieces without them falling apart. More rice than there was fish, it was just really bad. We're going to try again but if this is a new pattern this won't our go to place and I wouldn't be able to recommend this place in good faith. The new updated price and the over use of rice makes it very much not worth it. 4 stars, closer to a 3 than a 5.

I had a good experience at Gaucho. It’s a great nearby steakhouse if you’re staying in the Piccadilly area. The steak and bread appetizer tasted great. However... Weiterlesen I had a good experience at Gaucho. It’s a great nearby steakhouse if you’re staying in the Piccadilly area. The steak and bread appetizer tasted great. However I wasn’t the biggest fan of their mashed potatoes. The waiter explained each steak they offer and was very welcoming. The steaks are a bit pricey as it came to around £70 for one person. Overall it was a great experience and the restaurant was nicely decorated.
