Then the only option is stay inside, in the air conditioner.

We had smoked salmon tartina . a good idea and well made but it does not look fresh and exciting to leave the dining area and see stacks of about 100 pre-made sandiwches sitting on the sidelines especially at a time when most people have already finished lunch for the day.
