Fried stuff was all super crispy, the burger was perfect (juicy, just the right temp I had requested, and had a nice tie outside, paired with the potato bean that they had grown up on the grill). I don't usually like burgers, but this was great! Wow! The Clam Chowder was creamy and fresh and simply beautiful. I also had the Juno Rum drink not too sweet and very refreshing! Everything came perfectly hot and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great place!

Employees don?t seems to care about what they serving the customers. Best advice is stay away from that pollo tropical.

Weiterlesen We have a place very close to this restaurant and usually go there for drinks. We decided to try the food there. The waiter told us that the food comes out as it is ready. Okay, fine. We ordered sushi and my son ordered a steak. We ordered 2 apps. One was brought out while the other was not. We received our sushi but I was still waiting for my tomato bread (brushetta). I told the waiter that I no longer wanted the app since my dinner was out and asked about my sons steak. He said that the food comes out as it is ready. Well, a steak does not take as long as sushi and therefore the steak should have been out already. We waited another 7 or so minutes and spoke with the manager. Within 5 minutes the steak came out, cold. Needless to say the manager was apologetic but we will not be dining there again.

Implementation dessert. When the food came out, no one stopped by to see if everything was ok and offer cheese for our pasta. Finally the server came by to offer another round of drinks but never mentioned the dessert again. She dropped off the check and it was then handled and processed by someone completely different. Food was decent but Louis Bossi is better quality and cheaper. Service definitely could have been better.
