The dishes and utensils are soaked and washed using bleach. Additionally, the tea served to customers was purchased nearly 10 years ago (they are on the rack above the cashier). Boiling pork blood directly inside plastic containers instead of removing it from the plastic and cook. It is worth noting that this restaurant has been penalized numerous times for failing to meet food safety standards.
