Weiterlesen We enjoy Sonic occasionally, and they send unlimited emails to use the app. so after using it a few days ago, I was disappointed that they didn't get the order correct. Ist she said we just got the order, it will be a few minutes. That was totally fine. I wasn't in a big hurry, but when I order things like tomatoes on a burger and they don't put it on its frustrating because they don't forget to charge you extra for the add ons and simple things like no mustard it appears that they're in such a hurry they can't read the ticket. I got a medium order of onion rings, and there were four onion rings lol for the price I paid. I was a bit surprised. I guess the positive side is the food was actually hot even though one of the burgers wasn't eaten because it was not prepared correctly and this was around 10:45 am so they weren't busy. Very disappointing
