Weiterlesen I've heard only amazing things about crispellis and finally got to go for the first time today! (Sunday) I got ham and cheese croissants and an iced mocha latte that I tried already and oh my goodness so delicious! Excited to try the sweet pastries I bought too but they look and smell delicious! Obviously with covid and only being able to have a limited number of customers inside I waited outside in a line, but there was only maybe three people ahead of me and I waited maybe three minutes tops, so they kept the line moving! And the workers were super quick and efficient, and of course very kind! Can't wait to go back and try more things!

I usually go early in the morning shortly after they open, but even when I end up going at any other time of day, I always have a positive experience. The young lady that always takes my order in the morning is such a hard worker and always is super kind. I usually always get a large iced macchiato and some of their delicious hash browns and they are always super hot and fresh. Even the times I've went and there has been a longer line, they're still fast, efficient and correct with my order. Update; unfortunately hadn't been able to come to my favorite DD in MONTHS, and not even exaggerating months for reason out of my control and just reasons such as being too busy and some health issues which made it difficult to get out and about to places other than stores I HAD to go to unless I was lucky enough some of my lovelies surprised me with some good food. But my birthday was June 6th and and I wanted to take advantage of my free drink, one of my old tried and true favorites the mocha latte light ice, always delicious, I just love the taste of espresso SO MUCH. And would love to venture out to different espresso drinks but im not a super fancy knowledgeable coffee espresso girl lol. Weiterlesen I'm not really a fan of sushi but my friend dragged me in promising me I would like it this time. I like the soup and tempura sushi without the fish. I'm just picky, I used to work in a Thai restaurant that had sushi too and the guys made me try it then too and it's just not my thing. But you could tell the owners put a lot into what they do and it's just a pure art show!

Weiterlesen I grew up on the outskirts of the East Detroit school district and have always known about the east Detroit bakery and went in there from time to time when I was in high school but found a new appreciation for it as I got older, especially into my mid to late 20 and early 30s. I absolutely love that they accept bridge cards. I find it so amazing and awesome how inclusive they make their company for people of all income levels. Their products are absolutely amazing and every time I come in it 's always so hard to choose what to get because they have so many amazing options to choose from. Some of my favorites are there tiramisu which is one of my absolute favorite desserts of all time. So of course I had to try that and I fell in love. My grandmother loves their cheesecake because she 's an absolute cheesecake thing and can never get enough. My aunt is a "choco "holic and is in love with all of their decadent chocolate desserts of course, and my sisters our vegetarian and allergic to nuts, but they always seem to find something absolutely amazing that they just can 't help but devour every time I pick them something up from there. One of my absolute favorite things in the world is peanut butter, so I 'm super excited to come and try some of their peanut butter desserts they have to offer. I know I 'm a crazy person and def an odd one out but I 'm not a fan of fruit but I want to try more of their delicious options they carry and would be SO HONORED if fellow East Detroit Bakery fans and WORKERS? would leave some of their favorite non fruit favorite desserts below because I will definitely try them!!
