Weiterlesen We arrived at gone 3pm and the place was very quiet, however we liked the feel of the restaurant. The menu is all in Portuguese and no English is spoken. However we managed to figure out the difference between meat and fish! The owner kindly bought the raw produce out of the kitchen so we could make our selections. We had a grilled veal steak and grilled fish. Both were excellent. The bill with a drink each was around €-5 so great value as well.

As someone who does not frequent burger restaurants i have to really want one to choose this, unlike the rest of the family) i was pleasantly surprised. Surprised enough to warrant writing a review. Also had to try, as a power cut on the other side of the mall caused a few of the restaurants to stop serving! Yes, this is your typical menu in all sizes, larger burgers, triple burgers, chicken burgers, fish, children 's meals, etc and it does come as a set price, including large/medium chips and a drink but the taste excelled. That fresh flame grilled flavour won us over. Service was prompt but actually receiving the food took a little longer, but there were no complaints everything had obviously been freshly cooked and that is why we waited. Would we go there again. Yes happily. We travel to Portugal at all times of the year, not just when it is really warm outside. Finally if this isn 't your first choice the Gran Plaza has lots of food places to try. You can all go your separate ways but all eat together in the large seating area situated in the middle of the top floor.

The food, I didn't go for a burger since I know I m a big eater, was in one word: exquisite. From the starters we've ordered till te main course. The steak I ate was succulent and flavours were well balanced. In each dish: starters main course or side dish, flavours were well balanced. They work with fresh ingredients which reflects itself in an honest cuisine. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and speaks English. I felt welcome and will definitely go back for another visit. I'm curious to try one of their burgers ! And one last thing, for the beer lovers, they have some special brews on their menu. Try them and be surprised!

Weiterlesen Huge range of cocktails, don't come here and have a beer, it's a waste. The cocktails are well sized, made, and decorated. You also get complimentary snacks throughout your stay. (Mostly salted to get you to buy more but im not complaining) Staff are always nice and friendly and will have a chat with you. They will also point you on a drink direction if you are unsure. The venue is very well decorated too, with and open terrace at the front and back, and an art gallery also inside. Good music and a nice atmosphere.
