Our Christmas Day was ruined; I cannot state enough how awful this place is and I will never return. Appearance of staff left a lot to be desired too. It was Christmas Day! Was hoping to book a cream tea on the castle terrace as a treat for a friend's birthday .. they've stopped doing it! What a shame .. I am mortified. They do off...
