Weiterlesen My goal is that upper management finally reads a few of these corrective criticism remarks. I enjoy PE food and have become a fan over the years but this location is having a rough time. This is my 3rd review of this location and once again (today) inthe middle of lunch they are out of white rice I hope they get the kinks worked out. I have to add this..Agogo Rice BowlHibachi etc in Roanoke really needs to be supported this place has consistent quality and taste with supplies in stock makingyour visit a pleasant one. Well worth the wait and they will appreciate the business. I hope to visit PE of Roanoke one day andgive them a Five Star.

Weiterlesen I come to this location multiple times a week as it is on my way to work. The food is usually fine however, the staff is subpar at best. Came in today just to grab a drink. Ordered on the app and patiently waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyoneeven acknowledged me all the while there were 2 staff members standing right at the front where everyone waiting was clearly intheir view. After being asked what the order name was I was told it would be another couple minutes. I ordered a drink. The onlytime the staff seems attentive is when the manager is on the floor.

But there?s a closed container of (non white) vinaigrette inthere too. And it?s all over the outside of the box. Disgusting. Not to mention the bread that looks like it?s been chewed on.Gross.

Definitely wasn’t a good breakfast. I got hardly any bacon, it was cold and dry. It was a very sorry sandwich to say the least. Should’ve asked for a refund. So the Drink Club is great. I usually get the loaded drinks like about 5 dollars, but they are free with Sip Club $11/month, so it pays more than yourself after... The sink is also the best! This is the name of the huge chocolate chip cookie with salted caramel bits! Also the Napa almond chicken salad and it was delicious and refreshing at the same time! Last but not least, my morning routine (before I go to work at Cox) is cut by cinnamon crunch bagel and roasted with some butter!!! Excellent!

I love Old Spruce and will always continue to go. I think everyone is getting a little worn down from this season or something. We made reservations and arrived... We made reservations and arrived on time, with many tables that would fit our party open. When we asked if we could sit at one of those the hostess said no, there was another reservation in 30 minutes for each of them. I didn’t know we had to specifically reserve whatever table we wanted. The back room upstairs needs a major change in lighting, decor, and seating. It’s like somebody’s garage and it’s so unappealing to sit back there. When we asked to at least switch to a table not in the pitch black corner, the hostess wiped it off and walked away without letting us know if it was even okay to sit there. The bartenders are always super friendly and fast, even when packed. I know everyone is doing their best especially given the circumstances but this is the first time we’ve encountered a rude hostess, and the back room definitely needs some love to make it as appealing as the rest of the brewery.
