Weiterlesen This is a charming restaurant located just off a shopping street in a building that oozes character. The walls are of solid stone and the roof beams are tree trunks. We stated with soup (there is a choice of 3) and both were piping hot. Our main course was a Veal steak with jacket potatoes and greens: Wow! the steak filled a large meat plate and was certainly not thin, about a kilo of lean meat cooked to perfection. Compared to the quality and quantity of food the bill was quite skinny. We are here for a month so will definitely return.

The restaurant was packed out if you decide to eat here I would advise booking ahead....I had the lamb it was very good. My son in law had chicken gizzards they were delicious. The service was quick and efficient. A good choice, I would definitely eat here again.
