We were worried that they were going to skirt their responsibility, but not at all. The food was good and they had had young (Teen) family members working there too, which is always nice to see.

Weiterlesen Visited this week after hearing about the butcheria on NPR. I picked up some cheese and smoked roma sausage, which I have not tried yet. I am writing this review, though, because of the absolutely insane Cubano sandwich that I got. I love Cuban sandwiches and will order one every time it is on a menu. Yesterday, I had the hands-down best Cuban sandwich of my life. Great ingredients perfectly prepared. It's a non-standard Cubano because of the mozarella, but even a purist would love this.
