Weiterlesen We stopped by the rallys along Columbus ave and the food was normal, but this review is about the red haired lady who appeared to run the shift, from our order being kind of mixed up from us not really knowing what we wanted etc , she never missed a beat, every item was correct. From her pleasant demeanor, to the other workers looked new as they kind of looked lost but she appeared to keep them on page while helping them along. She just really blew our minds.

Food was great but I believe it will take a while for this business to get totally on its feet. The food was decent but for the price I'd rather go to another B... The food was decent but for the price I'd rather go to another BBQ restaurant where I can get equally as much or more for the price with, in my opinion, higher quality food. While this does not apply to all the staff there our waitress was not the best. She seemed distracted during every interaction and it seemed as though she was in a hurry. The restaurant was not full and there were a decent amount of staff there. At the end of the meal she made an error with the credit cards, using the wrong card on the wrong order. This would have been more of an issue if we weren't dining with family. The disappointing thing about that is that each card was on a clipboard with the appropriate tab, and reversing the charges would incur double charges on your cards until they are able to be reversed by your bank. All in all the dining experience was more of a hassle than it was worth. If I want to give slows another shot, next time I think I'll go to the Detroit location that is much more well established.

Weiterlesen Beautiful location and surroundings, but food quality and preparation missed on both counts. We visited Bluestem this evening to celebrate our anniversary. I ordered the filet and my wife ordered the special of the day rosemary pasta with shrimp. We also shared the appetizer shrimp cakes, which were in fact very good. The filet that I had ordered medium rare was found to be cooked way beyond well done with not a trace of pink showing. When I got the waitress’s attention, she went back to the kitchen to order a replacement. I requested that it be put in a box for transport home. My wife’s comment about the pasta dish was that it was missing of flavor.
