There is a big, well maintained garden surrounded by a fence where children can play while parents enjoy the food. Quality of food is very good and prices are reasonable! Service was very friendly and professional! We will come again! Grazie!

Weiterlesen We visited Lo Squalo with our Kids. Due to the competition in the area from other restaurants we expected more. What we really didn´t like is, that the pasta (Spaghetti) which was served to our children looked different than from the food on the other tables. All had Spaghetti alla vongole, but our spaghetti were white, while the same pasta on other tables was yellow. Did this happen by chance? Maybe. Will we try to find out? No.

We know the standards in restaurants and agriturismi in the region very will and we are patient guests, but the visit at Il Posto delle More was a real disappointment, since the place was a recommendation from several sides. To start with the positive: the location is very nice, great view, pleasant atmosphere. The owner ? were really friendly and have done their best. But kitchen starts at 08.00 pm and it took 20 minutes to receive something to drink, although the restarant was empty when we arrived.  The size of the menu is fair. Several dishes were marked as non available – what could be seen ok. But even when we tried to order from the “remaining ones” – some were not available. The price level is generally ok, with one exception. I found on the menu a “Tortino al cioccolato” for 8 Euro. So I was curious what could be behind that value. It was the usual Chocolate Mini Cupcake, served with nothing and that for 8 eight! Euro. If you visit that place don´t miss it – i have never seen such a bad relation between price and received value! That there was a private ? pool party in parallel with a lot of noise, was for sure bad luck, but not necessary at a place with is anyhow only open for the half of the week. Maybe this was an untypical evening at Il Postp delle More, but sorry, for sure we will not try a second time!
