Some areas are for special occasions so don’t be rude if you walk in on an event. Do not sit at the Stammtisch unless you have been invited. There are many opportunities to empty your bank account with souvenirs of a really fun time. There are no reservations so you have to walk around until you find an open table or you practice your German by saying “ist hier frei”? Is this available? And sitting with strangers who will become friends. You must get the attention of the waitstaff because they will not stop to see if you are hungry or thirsty. VERY IMPORTANT: locate the bathroom (toiletten) before you start drinking. It becomes more difficult after you have been drinking. Prost!

Portions are small without a variety of items (meat spinach and an egg for the Doro Alicha Wot. The food tastes good, there is just not a lot of it for the price.

I had the Pfefferlendchen and enjoyed it. Strongest dark beer was strong but not smooth. I will have to ask for beers by name to make sure I get one that i like... Weiterlesen It is easy to pass this quirky doll house assuming it is something else. That is why you are missing out on a great meal. We had a going away party with a little over 50 people. They were able to accommodate us with a “family style” dinner which means they bring large bowls and plates of various foods and you serve your self. This is a fun Bavarian restaurant and I will be back.

Their falafel (which was the only reason why I came here) was buried so deep in their freezer and so infrequently used that they could not find it. Sanitary food preparation is questionable. It may add to the flavor though.
