Burrito was ok. Quesadilla was awful and falling apart, it was more like a wrap. Nachos were awful the cheese wasn’t melted and they were dry and stale. Best part was the canned Diet Coke.
Popped by on the way to get train home from work. Fancies a Burreto so thought I 'd dive in and grab something I could eat on the go. Gave up waiting after 10 minutes of watching the poor lad trying and failing to serve a family of four. Oh heck were out of tacos, sorry give me 5 while I run upstairs . N.B. This is a Mexican food shop! After giving up and heading off to catch that train I was a bit miffed. But as the smell of burnt oil that probably should have been changed a calendar month back faded away, my confidence grew; I 've never eaten food from somewhere that smells so bad and not regretted it!
Food extremely average very over priced for what you get, only received part of order (not Deliveroos fault) phoned twice, unhelpful staff, supervisor refused to speak to me, no refund for missing food. Was told I could maybe pop in sometime, not the point when you’ve paid for delivery!
Staff are in need of further training in organising the efficiency of their food preparation and customer service. They were struggling to manage online orders being collected and walk in customers, the food in the counter needed replenishing and they were so busy/disorganised that hygiene standards and consistency of the food and speed of service was poor. The till was not working and staff were adding the totals up on their phones. There was also some off hand attitudes and rudeness to a frustrated delivery driver. The restaurant has unclear/unclean tables, there was no bin for self clearing and cutlery serviettes were not available to customers without asking. The food itself was quite tasty but expensive and I would not return. I actually felt sorry for the employees as they were seemed out of their depth and needed more effective management.
