Restaurant bewertenI went to this pub/restaurant on Easter Sunday and I was expecting it to be very busy, which it was. The venue is bright and airy, with a mix of tables and booths. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the menu, while small, offered a good variety of dishes. The mushroom starter was excellent and generous in size, and the burgers were cooked well and full of flavor. The service was a bit slow, but it was manageable for me. The bar had a great selection of beer and gins, which was perfect for enjoying between courses or if you're just there for a drink. The Sunday roast options looked enticing and were reasonably priced. The photo booth by the entrance was a fun touch, and there was a ample parking lot for those driving.
The bar area is extremely comfortable, offering a great variety of beers and wines. The staff is friendly and attentive. While I have not yet tried the food, the fish and chips looked appetizing. Additionally, they offer free WiFi.
I go into the Vikings most weeks and love the atmosphere and eating. the personal is always friendly even if it is busy. waiting for food can be long when extremely busy, but this is to expect fresh food and I don't see it as a special negatiw if they have a cozy dinner with good business: the quiz on Tuesday is great fun and extremely busy.
Beautiful atmosphere and lots of space in and out. many activities for the children from table tennis to cinema and a photo booth with free print-off. large menu and eating was very well cooked with generous portion sizes. service was good.
We really enjoyed our first visit to the Viking Pub. The staff were attentive from the moment we walked in, accommodating my family of four and our dog by finding us a suitable table inside. This pub stood out from others because they welcomed our dog, and we will definitely be returning soon.
