Anthony's Pizza Pasta - Windsor

EDIT Someone from Anthony's company team has addressed me. We went back to give it another attempt and it was excellent! We've been back 4-5 times and every time was very good. I think the original experience was a fuke. Increased review, great pizza and now our place for pizza and cheese bread! Where are the blows and why is everything cold? $1.30 for three half tomato slices? $1.30 for missing garlic? $6.00 for cold hard mozzarella sticks? I wouldn't recommend this place. I showed up 8 minutes earlier than my pickup time and the food was already packed and ready to go. Maybe they cooked it an hour before time and let it all sit.

The first time after driving around dozens of times. With some young guys stopped after practice. The first impression seemed to be a little expensive, but that changed according to the size of the cakes and slices. Everything was much bigger than we expected and very tasty. I love thin crust pizza and we were not disappointed. Will be back if we had gone earlier.

Saddest mozzarella sticks ever. The chicken parmesan and chicken Alfredo were not good either. Would not recommend or eat there again

Update: Management followed up from review and offered gift card for us to try again. They do acknowledge the poor quality and are trying to make it right.Only giving one star because the two young people that helped when I returned were very polite (and you can 't leave no stars)and couldn 't believe that the pizza we were given was served they both even said, I wouldn 't eat that! This was our second time trying Anthony 's thought we 'd give it one more go. Left very disappointed yet again due to the same issue we had the first time. Pizza was absolutely inedible. Then, when we returned with it they said they could either make another one, which would take about 40 minutes, or I could pick something off of the menu for about the same cost. No refund or gift card, so we were out money from a pizza that would 've fed 2 3 people and subbed with pasta for 1, which was less than the pizza so out food and money. They said they couldn 't give a refund or gift card because of the app that is used on their website for orders. Very frustrating....extremely disappointed yet again.....adding pictures of a couple of slices my son grabbed and tried to eat the ENTIRE pizza looked like this:

Update: management reached out and apologized and refunded the order so at least they cared enough to make it rightOrdered over $84 worth of food for the family for dinner tonight. It took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold and mushy. So even after putting it in the microwave to warm it back up it just tasted like day old leftovers. What a waste of a large amount of money on a product that was borderline disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.
