Restaurant bewertenThe mozzarella sticks were the saddest I've ever had. The chicken parmesan and chicken Alfredo weren't good either. I wouldn't recommend this place, nor would I eat here again.
Management reached out to apologize and refunded my order, which shows they genuinely care about their customers. I had ordered over $84 worth of food for a family dinner, and it took over two hours to arrive. Unfortunately, the food was cold and mushy. Even after reheating it in the microwave, it tasted like day-old leftovers. It was a disappointing experience, especially for such a significant amount of money. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
This was our second attempt at trying Anthony's, and unfortunately, we were left disappointed once again due to the same issue we encountered during our first visit. The pizza was simply inedible. When we brought it back, they offered to either make us another pizza, which would take about 40 minutes, or let us choose something off the menu at a similar price. However, they did not provide a refund or gift card, leaving us out the money for a pizza that should have fed two or three people. Instead, we ended up with a pasta dish for one, which cost less than the pizza, resulting in both lost food and money. They explained that they couldn’t issue a refund or gift card due to the ordering app used on their website, which was incredibly frustrating. Once again, I am extremely disappointed. I’ll be adding pictures of a few slices my son attempted to eat; the entire pizza looked just like this: [insert images here].
Our pizza was so burnt we had to use a butcher knife to cut it and it was still difficult. I do not recommend this place for pizza. But what I do recommend to get is there cheese bread
Despite the review people have put here we decided to order for delivery. I ordered at 430pm on a Sunday expecting a bit of a delay as that seems to happen. We were told about 530pm so I called and checked in just to see our ETA. I was told they were leaving soon. About 6pm rolls around so I called again and they said he’s just now leaving. I would just be honest when we call for one. I understand things get busy and places are short staffed. The garlic bread was very hard to eat. Chicken Alfredo was okay. My wife ordered a calzone with pepperoncini and some other items. She usually can stand spicy or hot foods but was not expecting the heat from this calzone and the amount that they put in there was a bit over the top. We ordered a salad and did not pick the cheese on purpose (lactose intolerant people in the home) and it was topped with cheese. This is constructive criticism for the restaurant to gain some insight on what needs done in the future. Thanks and hope to try this restaurant again in the future.
