Restaurant bewertenTerrible service. The third time in a row that we have tried to get a 12-piece bo-box of chicken, and they decide to jump out and take chicken pliers instead. I paid for a meal. Let us not mention that they also skipped on one side of dirty rice. Once I can forgive. This is the third time in a row that they did the same. Absolutely finished with this company in this area. I'll drive an hour elsewhere to get Bojangles if I want it. At least there they will give me what I pay for.
They forgot my fries, you don?t forget somebody?s Cajun fries. This isn?t the first problem though, I?ve gotten my entire order wrong before. I wanted a biscuit sandwich and ended up with chicken tenders. I can kind of tell it?s going to be a bad experience by the voice and tone of the lady on the speaker menu. She murmurs her words and gives off very negative vibes. I think she needs to be tossed in Cajun powder to give her attitude some flavor bc she?s dull and kills the mood. She is not responsive and acts like she wants you to hurry up and order. I?m gonna start going KFC.
HIRE DEPENDABLE PEOPLE!! this is the second Bojangles that I've went to this morning and says dining room opens at 6am, i waited 20 minutes to eat inside and 6:12am still not open!! Then I call them to ask if the will be opening and they tell me 3 people didn't show up for work... I understand one no show but 3...
Lobby closed before 5pm which lead to a 33minute wait (for only 10vehicles in front of me) yielded a box of disappointment. The breading fell off all of the supreme tenders, they were barely warm and hardly wider than their cajun fries that of which had no seasoning. No excuse for this, not even being shorthanded because of covid Terrible quality.
Better experience than the last had a line and still got my food hot and fast a significant improvement
