Taqueria Maria - Willits

I've tried 3 × to eat there and they're closed early. I will not try again

I ordered the Mini Nachos with pastor at the restaurant. They were incredibly tasty and the pastor meat was the best I've had in a long time!

We were not satisfied with our experience at Maria's for the second time. The Al Pastor was dry and sour, while the Carne Asada resembled ground beef with gristly chunks. The burrito was structured in a way that forced you to eat each ingredient separately. The salsa was tasty and the horchata was decent.

We ordered a chicken and an Al pastor super burrito and both were excellent! They were nice and juicy, not dry at all, and the salsa had a good flavor - not too spicy, but not too mild either.

This is another fantastic small taqueria. No frills, but the food is delicious and there is a nice selection of beers to enjoy while you wait.
