Mcdonald's - Willingboro

Twice I’ve ordered curbside from here because of the urgency of going to work and not sitting in the line. And both times no one has ever came out to my car. I wait so long that the drive thru line is gone and I have to tell them I’ve been waiting, I never get a sorry or explanation. Yet my food is just sitting there ready by them so it’s like they’re so lazy they don’t want to walk outside two paces away? I’m not one to complain but that’s ridiculous. Another time they also got my order wrong in drive through when I ordered a #5, they made a mistake and only gave me a cheeseburger. I told them what I ordered and they argued. I even gave my card back so it could be fixed, and they still kept tryna only give me fries and one burger after. I’m like I said #5 a billion times what is the miscommunication if I’m right in front of you. Oof. As someone else also stated I’ve started to not feel good from eating here so I’ll just stop for the time being.

I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered a iced tea from McDonald's on Beverly Ron caucus Road. The person that was taking the order and collecting money had a nice smile on their face the second window the manager was serving the iced tea with ice so I apologize that I needed the iced tea with no ice I received a smile and he redid my order. I looked inside it looked clean and organized. So my next visit will be to order something to eat that's when my five star will come into play. I rate this McDonald's higher than the McDonald's that's in Willingboro on Route 130 had to return chicken nuggets that was hard as hockey pucks and the manager was rude about returning my money.

Must be management there. Place was disgusting dirty despite looking newly remodeled. Avoid at all

I have been to this restaurant for years, however, yesterday day will be my last time. I’m experiencing severe stomach cramps. I’m in so much pain I’m unable to find comfort to go to sleep.I had the Big Mac and fries, something had to be wrong with the meat or oil they used for the fries. Folks please be careful. Never again for me, I’m done with this pain.

Service can be slow at times, but generally have good experiences at this location. Food is always good and the interior of the restaurant is clean.
