Bagelocity The Soup King Cafe

Pays almost $10 for all bagel....acquired toasted...no, why? Three times whipped. I should have taken a picture of the 2 tiniest pieces of lumps I arrived there and the tomato was greenish yellow? Idk.

The food and service here are great, but we have only seen how a manager a line chef for tired before all staff and restaurant. Staff and restaurant were quiet, bad moods all around. punish privately, praise in the public. My sandwich was delicious, but I hate to think that the young adults who make my food bear toxic working conditions and public humiliation.

Usually a very good food facility, recently it seems that they have hired an older man who is very rude. I came to pick up my order, as I usually do, stood in front of the pick-up window and both the managing woman and the young man they had given orders saw me, but refused to ask what my name was for pick-up. I went after my meal when I was there a few minutes, like other people do when they come to get their food and this older gentleman ran over and called me Chief to say, Lemme see your phone. He wanted me to prove that I grabbed my food if the food isn't available to me to grab it, it shouldn't be available on the counter. So, after he was sneaking my food away and being corrected by the staff over the placement of door slip feed, he finally gave me my order after he proved that it was mine. Will not come again for some time after this very disregarded the day after Thanksgiving. I even tried to show him my ID, but he refused. *EDIT: I was informed that this was most likely the owner who is present occasionally and is known for rude. Now that I know, I lower my scores and don't support his business anymore.

Wow, what a hidden little jewel!! Clean, super friendly staff, but above all the food was delicious!!! Everything was fresh and they have an extensive menu!!!! Will go back regularly! Debra

Love it here. Every time I drive by I have to stop and grab a soup. This time I tried the stuffed pepper soup. Really good. Especially now that it's getting cold.
