Domino's Pizza - Westminster

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an order but wasn’t aware of their current promotions. Just three minutes later, before I had even paid, I decided to change my order from a large pizza with two toppings to a large pizza with five. When I approached the lady at the reception to request the change, she told me that they couldn’t modify or cancel my order. I explained that I hadn’t paid yet and asked her to please change it. She relayed my new order to the cook in the back, but he looked flustered and visibly annoyed. His expression was quite unprofessional. This experience was incredibly disrespectful and rude, and I was taken aback by their lack of professionalism. I don’t think I will be returning to this restaurant again. It was truly unbelievable and disappointing.

The $5.99 pizza actually costs $18.50, so the voucher isn’t applicable.

Absolutely the worst app and service I've ever encountered. I've been trying to redeem coupons with every order, and it's been a nightmare. Just wasted another two hours of my life because a friend needed food. I’d honestly rather plug in the toaster and take a long, warm bath than deal with this nonsense!

I always order the pan pizza 2 toppings always get charge 9 something not even 10 but I ordered today 4/21/22 the same thing but it goes up 6 dlls more. i get charged 15.21 I know the economy are out of control but 6 dlls more on a pizza that's crazy im usually eat in restaurant and I notice that the prices on food go up but maybe a dollar or 2 in some menu items. I guess I have to go for little caesar now they go up just 1.25 more on the hot and ready pizza

Tasting standard crust but with extra sauce have to order to get the balance right.
