Prospect Fish Shop - West Launceston

Called in and seen the lovely friendly staff at prospect fish shop and got some chips and the lemon pepper flake......oh wow that lemon pepper flake is to die for and makes a lovely change from just the normal flake (that is also lovely) we will definitely be back for more. Parking: Plenty of off street parking behind the shop. Service: Take out

The restaurant offers a wide variety of seafood, including fish and potato cakes, all beautifully displayed for you to choose and have cooked and served hot. The menu also includes chips, hamburgers, chicken dishes, and cold drinks. The restaurant has excellent off-street parking behind the shop. The service was friendly and the food was served promptly. During a previous visit at a busier time, there was a longer wait for the food due to the large crowds.

Always great service and food. This is one of my favourite places to stop and feed the family or to grab that ideal burger after a massive hike.

This is the only place where I will eat battered fish. The food and service are exceptional!
