Kfc - Waynesboro

My family and I don't go to KFC very much, but we've been here before and out of what I remember it was never that bad. Recently I took my daughter here for one of our father's daughter appointments and had no problems. The order was right, the food was good and hot, the service was fast, the staff was polite and while we eat, they even checked us and asked us if we needed something. I have read the other reviews and it has been found that many of them were not so good. I talked to the manager before I left to tell him that my daughter and I had a great meal and that I had a review that so said, and he said that was good because he was just about this place and had read through all bad reviews as well as trying to change things for the better so give them an attempt or another try and make your own opinion.

I'm here regularly. The food is always delicious and the service is good. You have trouble keeping the employees unfortunately, but the managers are troopers. There will be days when only 1 or 2 people work and there is still some of the fastest and most quiet food around. Give him a chance. Be patient with them. They do their best!

I'm here twice now and both times they're busy, but both times I didn't get everything with my order and you can't call it because they don't answer the phone or the number goes to a fax machine. The guy who was there both times was very atmospheric. The first time he was very rude. Yeah, we have big orders, but we have a big family. The first time we didn't get the famous bowl we had ordered, and the pommes. For the second time, they did not give us our big side of Mac and Cheese. He was a little more friendly at the time and had me wait in the store. I'm sorry to spend money on things and not get them. The third time I left, they forgot three pages, but when I called, they finally answered on the phone. I went back and took the three things they forgot, and they threw in three cookies. I'm still going to go. It's really not worth it. Margaret worked today and she did great and we all have our food. Floor was sticky and ice floor on soda machine was full of water and things.

I had to wait for freshly cooked chicken, for about 10 minutes or so... But when I got home it looked liked old refried chicken battered in perhaps cornmeal!! It had very dark dried places on the meat. The crust looked cinnamon dark with white specks and underneath the inner lining look liked dark trapped grease from being refrigerated!! My French Fries were soggy and limp as if the grease was not changed... I contacted KFC according to my receipt on yesterday immediatelyafter taking it out of the bag, haven't received a call or email as of yet!! The guy at the REGISTER was Extremely Nice, but the people handling the Order definitely need to proper training before the Health Inspectors are called! Ooohhhmy goodness!

I came to get my relative a 3 piece meal at 530 pm. Prime time ,dinner time and they said at the drive up, that I will have to wait 5 minutes for original recipe chicken to be done. So sad, everytime I come something I order is not ready. Last 2 times the pot pies would be over 6 minute wait.
