Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Hagerstown

Tried to call in order at 843 guy answers phone says we don't accept call ins when I just called in order 3 days ago then he says it's too close to closing I arrived at the store 853 pm door locked they are standing inside I had told gentleman who answered we would be right there... I will call manager tomorrow and also report this to district manager

I came in to get a smoothie and while watching employees make food the woman in grey slippers in the back picked her nose then came out and made smoothies for patrons. The supervisor was too busy talking with his employees about his workout routine to pay attention to what his employees were doing. If employees will do that while 5+ customers are in the store I don't want to know how she cleans her work station. I didn't even ask for a refund. Just left.

Driver was actually the highlight of the experience. System sent him to the wrong address and he contacted me immediately to make me aware and figure out where he needed to be going. He had delivered to us before and his style of delivery is absolutely the standard to which I compare all other drivers. He's communicative, friendly, and obviously takes pride in his work. I can't recommend him enough.

The 3 stars are because The bathroom are out of order and have been for quite some time.It is an inconvienence to come during a lunch break and have to stop elsewhere for a bathroom stop. Just don 't have time for that. Sign says out of order sorry for inconvienence 'Just KEEP IT REAL and put no public restroom if thats the case. Can 't imimagine it takes months upon months to fix a bathroom.

I got the açaí berry smoothie and it was amazing. The customer service here was top tier when I spilled my smoothie, Rell was so kind to make me another one free of charge and gave me a smaller smoothie in addition to share with a friend. Definitely recommend!
