Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

I ordered a large vanilla milkshake 20 minutes ago and still nothing. At least 10-15 people sitting around waiting as well. It?s hard to imagine not being able to prioritize making a milkshake over full orders of food. People behind the counter could care less. The guy giving out the food is trying hard at least. Update, take a look at the picture to see the milkshake that I was handed after waiting 25 minutes.

Great prices for the area. Mushroom (veggie) burger available. The wait was a bit too long but still acceptable. Place was clean. Plenty of options in the menu.

In town for the Ashe show at the 9:30 Club (amazing concert by the way) Shake Shack is close to the Viceroy hotel and double cheeseburgers ???? sounded good. Strawberry ???? milkshake was perfect.

My first Shake Shack experience. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. Was there pretty late when almost no one else was there. That being said, the service was friendly and fast. Don't know why people say this place is expensive, I found the menu to be relatively cost effective for the surrounding area. Saw another review about how greasy their food was. My burger was an absolute grease bomb and I absolutely LOVED IT! I can clearly see many Shake Shack runs in my near future.

Came down to visit DC the food here is awesome the people were just as pleasant as anyone on the planet. Make this destination in the next visit.
