Unfortunately, they were out of one menu item, but they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and offered either a refund or a replacement. When my food was served, they took the time to double-check everything for accuracy and even included some cookies as a gesture of goodwill for the missing item. As always, the food was delicious and well-prepared. I just wish I had caught the names of the wonderful young ladies who helped me—they were fantastic. I will definitely be willing to drive 30 minutes to this Panera from now on!

Panera used to represent gourmet dining, which justified its higher prices compared to competitors. However, it seems that the brand has lost sight of what gourmet really means – not only providing quality food but also ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Management needs to invest in the staff: pay them better, hire skilled supervisors and managers, and create a more enjoyable dining atmosphere. Those who appreciate quality dining will return. What else is there to do with the revenue?

You can't go wrong having lunch or dinner at Panera Bread! They consistently serve the best sandwiches, and their soup is absolutely incredible. I just wish they would bring back the baked potato soup so I wouldn't have to settle for the kind from Food Lion, which isn't nearly as good!
