Subway - Village of Marcellus

Its hard to keep going to subway. The kids they employee rarely care about their jobs or the quality of work they provide. But seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich, right? Im tired of being disappointed. I wont be coming back to the marcellus subway.

Came in here yesterday at 9pm for a late dinner. The two who were working there (Jenna and Hanna, I believe? were super sweet, welcoming. Surprisingly fast put-together for a group of 5 and yummy sandwiches!

Bread stale, ordered double meat and didn't get it, no cheese on either of two subs. Both subs poorly put together. Wont be back..unfortunate but no excuse for this.

SO FRUSTRATING!My second time here on a Sunday around 5pm and they are CLOSED even though hours on door and maps says closes at 7pmSuggest calling prior to arrival to check if they are OPEN !

Great and Friendly staff! Great service and very clean. Pleasurable people all round to deal with and work with.
