Antica Forma - Vernal

As visitors from the East Coast, we are constantly on the hunt for excellent pizza, and we finally discovered it at Antica Forma. This truly is an amazing New York-style pizza. We opted for two personal-sized pizzas, each 13 inches: one Margherita (for the non-vegan) and the other a Vegetariana. The crust was just right, and the selection of vegetables was impressive. We learned that they boast an award-winning chef who placed third in a world championship. Our waitress was very attentive, and the owner was warm and welcoming.

While the menu didn't offer many choices, the options available were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was quite busy, but our waitress remained composed and attentive throughout our visit. However, it’s worth noting that the dessert menu did not include any vegan options.

We came here to eat and were blown away. my wife and I had no pizza so well since we visited italia, and I had never expected that I find such a great pizza or the spiritual fresh burrata in vernal. everything looked great and the staff was super helpful, and eating came quite fast and very hot and tasty. I got the pistachio pizza I enjoyed, and my wife asked for a bite and eaten a whole piece it was so delicious. the burrata was also a great starter, creamy and tasty. you have to eat in vernal!

They were really busy in the night we stopped, but the staff was still very friendly and gave us great pizza recommendations. we were quite hungry so I didn't get a picture of the full pizza. that is what is left of a pistachio pizza and tri-fungi pizza? I would highly recommend, but a reservation if they have a group at a weekend. great food, service, price and local beer.
