Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Vancouver

I really love Popeyes, and this local franchise has always served great food. I appreciate the management's ability to keep the place running well over the last few years of difficult times.

If you use points, make sure to check your meals. They’ll always try to “forget” items when it comes to using points. Perhaps it’s management cost cutting, whatever it is just get rid of the points system if you guys aren’t going to honor it.

Pretty good food. The drive thru line took quite awhile and they missed a few small items. But still a good place!

First I got the wrong sandwich that I didn’t order which isn’t a problem at all everyone makes mistakes even the best, I went to the front counter to get the correct sandwich which I did and when I got it back the cheese wasn’t even melted they just slapped the cheese on there I didn’t want to be the person who complains for everything so I just went ahead and sat down took one bite and one pickle fell and I wanted to put it back in by opening it and when I take off the bun there was a hair in my sandwhich I went ahead to the counter asked for a new burger and a refund at this point because I wasn’t satisfied at all when I told the manager she gave me face which screamed really when I got my sandwich back the manager told me word for word “if you have any more problems you come to me” in a rude tone . If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
