Restaurant bewertenAs a continuation of a disappointing opinion regarding the senyoret rice 3 weeks ago, after having enjoyed several years of excellent rice, we returned last Sunday and again the rice disappointed us, the paella seemed a melosous rice, nothing to do with the rice we were used to, at its point, loose and with some socarrat. We asked the maître if they had changed from cociner@ to what we were told not to. But something in kitchens has changed, without any doubt. feeling it a lot, we will not give a third chance.
The food was good. The rice of the lordet could be a little more rested but it was good. We stay in the side room and are grateful, especially for the noise. However, upon arrival, 5 minutes in advance at the time of booking, they make us wait. No problem. The problem was when from the table that was going to be ours they removed the paper with my table name and gave it to two other people and made me wait 20 minutes until they gave me another table. I don't know what it was supposed to, but it was out of place. If it was my table and I was at my time, that table should be respected and not given to someone who had a reservation or if I had that table it was not up to him.
I've gone to this restaurant many times and I've never waited so long to eat a paella. 1 hour and a half for 6 croquettes and more than two hours for a paella. The restaurant was almost empty, but it was like a hundred people were in line. the waiters are educated but not very organized. I'll come back to give you one more chance.
Excellent and highly recommendable black noodle, we also take a tomato trenched with ventresca and guindillas and squids to the Andalusian. we'll be back.
Dos horas para un entrante y un arroz a banda con poco sabor y menos tropezones. No repetiremos
