Sonic Drive-in - Ulysses

I have stopped using sonic as a regular option. The stalls either don’t work or when you pull up to one that does work I’m asked to use the drive thru window. Last visit one of the sandwiches was forgotten and the remaining items were cold. It is neither fast nor good anymore. Not sure the owners care what their reputation is

The food was good and the person that delivered our food to the vehicle was nice but the wait for the food was way longer than expected. They weren’t all that busy and we waited probably the longest I’ve ever waited at a Sonic before for food. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but it seems like it’s always something with this location. The last time I was there the breakfast burrito I ordered and some of the other food we ordered was not great, but this time the food was good and the wait was not great.

Got milk shakes and was runny don't know what the problem is but really the sever didn't see that's just plain bad service and nobody cares that's a shame sonic in Ulysses use to be a good spot to eat but not much anymore such a

Food is always decent, but the fried food seems like it sets and isn't made fresh often times.

Orders are not always quite correct, but they always do their best to make sure you eventually get what you ordered.
