Everytime I go here(about once a month) the place is clean, the staff friendly, and the food great. Very well priced as well. Highly recommend

Terrible experience! Ordered food and said we would be there around 6pm during halftime. Guy said no problem. Arrived at 6:06pm to our food on the counter as seen through window and the restaurant closed. At no time were we told they closed at 6pm by guy taking order.UPDATE for Owner Comment Maybe because we mentioned to you we would be there around 6 during half-time of Browns game and you never told us that you would evacuate building at 6pm on the dot. Wondering now how grills and restaurant get cleaned if you close at 6pm but are gone before then?

What can I say.a cheesesteak wit whizzzzhard to find in Northeast Ohio, but here we have one! Best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philadelphia! And

Going downhill fast. I predict they will go out of business. Rude workers, inconsistent hours. Place was a ghost town when we were there.

I'm in Philly at least 4 - 5 times a year and Original Steaks and Hoagies could hold their own out there.
