I am a Romagna travel agent and I brought my group to lunch on a visit to the beltrani restaurant 29, also recommended by my correspondent Apulia. we have laid good dishes of the Apulian cuisine, from mozzarella to capocollo of frank martin to the ears. to finish a tart still warm made by the wise hands of the owner. the owner of the restaurant, young and skillful chef, backed by the friendly father in the room! a good and beautiful culinary experience in the center of the seams.
