Food is good, could be better on service especially since it is always a wait

Food good. Service wasn 't as good as I 'm used to at the Willow Grove location. I walked in and a manager was at the food line. I began to give her my order and she stopped me with someone else will take your order . After waiting a good 10 minutes, a woman who was doing prep in the back came and took my order. After building my bowl, she had another person ring it up. I asked for chips and cashed out. But when I got home, I saw that she did not put the chips on my bag. I normally go to Willow Grove and I 'll probably continue to go there.

THIS IS ACTUALLY A DOUBLE MINUS REVIEW. A FEW WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS LOCATION. GHETTO DIRTY UNFRIENDLY HOOD GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO I will NEVER patronize this location again. I'd rather burn the gas and drive to Abington, or even City Line Avenue.
