Restaurant bewertenFriday night required a burger and we headed to Burger Foundry. Our choice for the night was the Beerenburger and the Steak burger with sides of hand cut chips. The burgers, as expected, were both tasty enough. Disappointed that they are still using frozen chips due to "seasonal difficulties". Torrensville BF is now licensed which is a bonus. Is a relatively expensive meal.
Awful, heavy, stodgy burgers. Food inevitably half cold to boot. Tried it two times just to make sure the first time wasn't just an unfortunate off night. Horrendously overpriced, and considering there are half a dozen better and cheaper burger places in the surrounding suburbs, I struggle to understand why you wouldn't go literally anywhere else.
Stopped by here for a late lunch today with three others. We took advantage of the Entertainment Book voucher, which brought the bill down to $33. Their mushroom patty is worth a try, but the accompaniments could be improved. Tomato was on the underripe side, and it lacked heat/chilli. The chips were tasty, seasoned well with rosemary salt. My friends enjoyed their beef and chicken burgers respectively. One reported that the tator tots were ok, without being mindblowing.
Really bad burgers: my wife and I had ate there on Wednesday. The hamburgers are really odd with an after-taste of masala or spices. They claim their burgers are 100% Angus beef but my wife (who is a cooking instructor)didn't think they were beef. Really overpriced as well: we won' t be returning. It's McDonalds for us next time! At least their burgers are decent.
My girlfriend and I ate there really enjoyed the food and the place, prices are a bit higher than usual place but, in my case at least, is worth it for the better quality.
