Oasis Pizza & Pasta - TORRENSVILLE

All I can really say is don't order online. I wish I could review the food with more accuracy but I don't think the food I ended up eating was what they prepared. Because I had to reheat my meal in the microwave seeing as it arrived cold, 2 hours after I ordered it.Perhaps their in-dining experience is better, I can't say, but avoid ordering online.They do make good gravy...

Pizza and garlic came on time (free delivery), which was the only positive. The food was cold (not even slightly warm), so I had to re-heat it myself. Not sure if the pizza was defrosted because the pizza arrived shortly after I placed my order so it doesn't make sense that it become that cold that fast. The flavours of the pizza was extremely bland, under average honestly. The garlic bread had almost no butter on it, it felt like I had paid $5 for a plain loaf of bread.

Never again. Ordered from Oasis and third order they have messed up. First time was sent a party size vegan pizza with mozzarella - no real apologise but pizza was replaced. Second time I asked for Daiya cheese and the man on the phone snapped at me saying it already comes with Daiya. When I got my pizza it had Biocheese and my garlic bread was stale. Third time my pizza had Biocheese on top and mozzarella on the bottom, when I called to let them know they argued with me about it stating it was all vegan, I know the difference. My pizza was replaced but after so many negative experience I will not be giving Oasis another chance.

Pretty good for 'take-away' style pizza, but the staff make so many mistakes at this store - they just don't seem to pay attention to orders. It's great that they have vegan cheese but it's not the right cheese for pizza as it's more like cheddar - a mozzarella would be much better. I like the gourmet veg and margherita pizzas - the margherita has chunky fresh tomato which is good.

We ordered home delivery through Menulog and the pizza arrived steaming hot and on time. Friendly delivery man too. The pizza had loads of topping and good taste. There were a few minor issues which I have fed back privately to Oasis and they have said that they will look into. I will try them again.
