Coffee Lab Roasters - Tarrytown

A great place to go and experience coffee! You can drink coffee, buy coffee (bean / soil), see it roast on the display in the large roasting machine or simply inhale the aroma of fresh beans. I bought two different types of coffee here (see photos) and will certainly come back as soon as I experiment with loops and brews of these coffees. Very recommended for all budding coffee enthusiasts.

Whenever we are in town, we always make sure to stop by this restaurant for a freshly brewed coffee! The staff even took the time to show my daughter how they roast and prepare the coffee. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is delicious, and the people are fantastic. I really enjoy a good cup of coffee here!

Truly, this was one of the best pumpkin coffees I've ever tried. It had the taste of a warm pumpkin cookie infused with rich espresso. I typically don't enjoy overly sweet coffees, so it's hard to believe I loved this one so much. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy, with local art for sale on the walls and a live coffee roasting station. While the shop may be small, there are plenty of seats available without feeling crowded.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! The coffee is fantastic, with creative drink options, and the staff is wonderful. The atmosphere of the room is beautiful as well. I don't mind driving 30 minutes each way to visit this place regularly. You can't go wrong with any of their coffee roasts, but the El Salvador honey is particularly special. Plus, the baristas make each drink a work of art with foam designs. Highly recommend!
