La Piazzetta Fishbar - Tarent

We stumbled upon this little square in the historic center of Taranto by chance, the staff was very kind and we were welcomed with friendship and smiles. The dishes are typical, prepared with simplicity and very tasty. The environment is nice in a quiet context, in short it was very pleasant to have lunch with these friendly and knowledgeable guys in the kitchen, without forgetting the excellent quality/price ratio!! Attirati dal posto molto raccolto e accogliente, ci siamo fermati per un pranzo avevamo voglia di un bel fritto misto. Abbiamo ordinato cozze al gratin e fritto misto del giorno tutto buonissimo, il fritto saporitissimo ed abbondante. Tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino bianco della casa . The two of us had three Prosecco and a cappuccino, then they wanted 2 euros each for the cover, which of course wasn't there. The amount was then reduced by 2 euros. If there had been at least a few olives for the 2 euros, then that would be completely fine! That's just a rip off!!

We had lunch with the ciazze which magically disappeared from the menu. The service was non-existent, not even the serving cutlery. Everything was floating in a bridle even peppered with dozze with tomatoes and lemon? Not to mention the spahettoni with clams. Boiled clams placed on the pasta no flavour. empty oil bottle to dress salad. sweets or desserts nothing just chocolate eggs for children. not to mention the dirt in the bathroom. no soap and nothing to dry your hands. very dirty bathroom.
