Restaurant bewertenHad not been in this small country pub previously and I called in by chance. Very glad I did. The Larkins ale was in excellent condition. I ordered the calamari starter, which was served with salad and saute potatoes. It was really, really good and very reasonable.
My Aunt and I just had lunch at the Bricklayers Arms. What a lovely cosy place, we were greeted by the Landlord who made us feel very welcome and the food was lovely, good sized portions and very good value for money. I highly recommend this lovely pub and look forward to coming back when I am in the area.
Stopped off here as my car was overheating. Bower was very helpful and helped get my car sorted. Driven past on many occasions and never been inside and I was surprised at how nice and cosy it was. Will definitely be back as a customer as it was a very friendly vibe
Fantastic old school pub with a twist. Landlord and jack of all trades is an absolute diamond of a man. Nothing too much hassle. You have to visit to see with your own eyes the effort that this incredibly friendly pub and it's fabulous staff do for you. From welcome to goodbye. Al the food is amazing. Be aware of massive portions.
Out for a walk nearby and stopped off for a quick drink. Food looked so good we ordered and so pleased we did. Despite there being limited tables and menu the Pizza and Souvlaki on offer were very nice indeed. Beer and wine options were great too. Thank you and will probably return soon.
