Restaurant bewertenGood Vietnamese food in surry hills not the most traditional style, i.e. no basilikum minze is served with pho, no Vietnamese style typical sauces and dishes are slightly modernized but eating is delicious. ordered pho, fresh vietnamese rolls, grilled sugar cane dish and crispy chicken; overall servier size was generous with good taste. if I were to compare with restaurants in cabramatta, it would be for the surry hill standard its
Large small family owned and operated restaurant. I have already moved for the pastness of the original little cozy side in bourke st, darlinghurst to larger spaces flinders st darlinghurst and has the test of the time in a fuckle sydney foodie scene. by consistently delivering authentic delicious dishes, also good priced, some would be cheap compared to other competition. take them away, ordinary decoration and bad acoustic installation and air conditioning, and uncomfortable chairs that I desire to repair them. this side is about eating. if you love Vietnamese they will be sure to see chu bay a classic still strong.
Well, they really serve delicious seafood. had grilled scallop and abalone. the Vietnamese acid suppe is also good. almost close to authentic
So far, so bad, just had my appetizer, which was foul, not in the chicken sense, can not wait for my head
