Restaurant bewertenHello, I had arranged a business luncheon for about 20 people. The room was great, and the server was great too. The only problem, was that there was only one server to serve our table despite a reservation of 20 attendees. He did the best he could, but we didn't get a chance to order our food for 30 minutes, and when we did, it didn't come out at once. Some people received their food 15 minutes before others. Some people decided to be polite and wait for everyone else to receive their food, and so their food went cold before they could eat it. Anyways, our lunch went 1 hour late due to this. Overall, it would have been much better if the server had an additional person to support him. Other than that, he did the best he could and was very polite and courteous. Thanks
An overall good experience. Restaurant was a little busy so it was hard for the server to be attentive.
This Boston Pizza location is disappointing. The service is lacking, the food is not prepared to an acceptable standard, and the management reflects the overall poor operation of the restaurant.

The management was accommodating and accepted a large reservation on short notice. They ensured we were served promptly and efficiently. A few items we ordered were delayed, but considering the size of our order, it was understandable. We really appreciate your excellent service; you helped feed our hockey team quickly so they made it to their next game on time! Thank you!
