I finally tried the local BBQ restaurant. As many know, I am a tough critic when it comes to BBQ and hold it to a higher standard than other types of food. Let's see how this place measures up.

We always come to this place when we can't decide what to eat. The meat is incredibly tender and delicious. They offer a variety of sauces that I really enjoy.

This restaurant serves authentic Carolina barbecue, characterized by its vinegary, acidic, and spicy sauce. The Piedmont sauce has a brownish color and is typically made with something sweet. The sweet sauce adds a nice touch when it is caramelized on the meat.

You have my wedding this last Saturday in Medina and they were wonderful food was great and such a professional, helpful staff! My husband and I received so many compliments!!!
