Great place to alternative medicine supplements etc. vitd3 Zinc Magnesium Manuka Honey only wish that it have accused a ramp or disability for ppl in a power chair You are not the only company that breaks the disability right and the human rights act I have stopped shopping where there is no disability accusing them until they change why my custom will exist if they cannot help to get disabled/physically challenged ppl and adders to laws of the country

Great place Lots of health supplements A lot to choose from Only down side it can be a bit expensive at times.

Rip off store and no authentic product. Day time robbers with smile

Came in the shop this morning to get some ginseng tea and asked if you was open to have a sarcastic comment from the member of staff saying the opening times are on the door!!! Tbh I didn’t realise it was past 9 thought was earlier and wanted to be polite to not walk into your shop before it was open. I didn’t get a thank you or even a hello at the till just a very rude girl putting the till on. My comment leaving was happy monday I’ll shop somewhere else next time.

I regularly shop at Holland and Barratt congleton, affinity talked plus Trentham , I am points card holder, been into Hanley was served by Cath, and Katy, worst experience ever, they should not be in the job, I felt as if it was a chore to serve me, then I was overcharged by £3.50 so I had to return to store, wasn't given an apology or any help whatsoever, I won't return, stay away from the Hanley shop ,dreadful staff
