Restaurant bewertenYou all need to be ashamed of yourselves! I purchased the Ham and cheese croissant. I used the offer of paying $3. I was so disappointed! The small amount of Ham. It was hardly there. The presentation of how it looked on the outside, was a hard NO. It was NOT tasty at all. Then anytime I visit, the donuts I request are always sold out. I believe that any request for donuts just need to be made in the early morning.
If I could leave a zero I would. If you would like your card information to be taken and a worker decide to spend 1000 dollars on wigs then go right ahead. Still waiting to hear from
I understand you guys take your job serious however the coffee dosnt have to be a hit and miss everytime . If I want specific things in my coffee I should be able to request that and get that .
When I arrived there was only 1 car in front of me and they were at the window waiting to pay. It took 5 minutes for them to ask me what I wanted. I asked for 4 Bismarck and was told they didn't have them, so I asked for 4 Boston cremes and was told they didn't have them. I said ok what do you have, so I ordered 2 Bavarian cremes and 2 vanilla creme filled donuts and a medium tea. The car in front was still waiting when I got to the window and it took 15 minutes for them to get their order. When I got to the window the lady tried to hand me a small tea so I asked about the medium I ordered and she fixed it and gave me a bag with 2 vanilla creme donuts and walked away. She came back a few minutes later to ask if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting for my 2 Bavarian donuts and then she tells me I already have them. I reminded her that I had 4 donuts not 2 and tried to show her my receipt. She seemed irritated and ended up giving me 2 regular donuts with vanilla frosting instead of what I ordered. I was so frustrated that I just left. The employees seem like they need to be retrained.
Been going there for almost 2years and the new manager is very rude asked for my ice on the side for my ice coffee talking about your drink is already fixed asked her to redo it and she refused talking don’t come to the store very rude and her customer service is horrible went there on 1/3/2024 and 1/4/2024The new manager there is horrible and rude. On 1/16/2024 Kenisha Stephen’s called the police and they came to the job giving me a criminal trespass warning. Called corporate and asked them this how y’all treat all y’all customers.since she started it’s been nothing but problems and I’m not the only customer she did that to.She needs to be fired
