Red's Smoking Bbq - Steiner Ranch

The owner I assume) was very nice and stayed open a little longer than usual for us to get cash at the gas station. There's an inexpensive ATM $2.45 fee, I think) just two minutes down the road. Super cute yard to eat in under a pecan tree, and he had everything left at close except turkey.

So so so ridiculously good, damn. I always get the pork ribs and always a pound at a time. Always really moist, excellent flavor from the smoke (you can see their big pile of wood outside! and the service is polite even though I don't speak Spanish lol. Cash only, totally worth it, and they cater. Their bbq sauce is good but also try the BBQ beans!!!

Kind of bummed out, I called ahead of time, said open to 5 , went at 2:30, hungry, they were closed, guess I'll have to try again

Delicious turkey. Very flavorful. My husband and I had to eat some. Couldn't resist the smell. So good. Will have to try the brisket and ribs next time.
