Close this place down !! Ordered my food said going to be hour long so showed up and had to wait another hour for my food!! Not coming here ever again. Sure plenty of people go through the same . Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service no one wants to answer the window when you knock on it or call they lock the doors really early so you can't even get in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After receiving the email notifying me that my order was ready for pickup, I arrived only to find that it was incomplete. Once I finally got the missing item, my pizza was already cold. When I got home, I discovered that my ultimate pizza was made without the pepper chocolate or sausage that I had requested. I tried calling the store, but after being on hold for over 10 minutes, no one answered. It was also not possible to place an online order for pickup from this location (Steger) without having to interact with the staff to resolve or complete my order.
