Restaurant bewertenWe were looking forward to this trip, 55th birthday. As a matter of fact, we called and inquired if we could arrive two days early. Absolutely, we were told. When we arrived, our room was not ready, so we attempted to find a restaurant to have a nice meal. there is no staff, restaurants are closed, or working with a skeleton crew. We ended up with protein bars and waited for dinner. We were checked into a room on the 11th floor, 4 hours later, we were told that the room was now blocked, but we have another one ready for you. The next morning at 0730, the parking lot is being prepped for re-paving below us. We tried to order room service, but there is no room service. There is also no housekeeping except for check-out cleaning. Nothing was said about the lack of services that we are still being charged for. Beyond disappointed and will not be back.
Stayed for a conference this past week, have stayed here several times throughout the years, but this years the quality of the rooms and cleaning was less than par the room did not look clean no wash cloths, no soap in the bathroom look like the room was only spot cleaned. Due to availability for an extended stay i spent Saturday at Hard Rock, and was very impressed by the rooms there.Food drinks: Food and drinks are good
Outdated hotel. We upgraded to the premium suite and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. They told us this was the newest remodeled area. Overall cleanliness was poor. No housekeeping services unless you're there for at least five nights.
Was so excited to take my friends here because this is where I got married 30 years ago !This used to be one of the most elegant casinos! Now it's so run down, wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpets are filthy, walls dripping with tar from the smoking in the casino, and $25 to pay for parking. We were there no more than 15 or 20 minutes and we still had to pay for parking! The most disappointing casino I've been in in years only second to Cal Neva! Harvey's and Harrah's were spectacular in their Prime, but don't bother going now.
Dated dirty (couch cushions need attention). Didn’t like the fact I had to pay $30 for uncovered parking. Valet may have been more cost efficient? On a positive note, bathroom set up was really nice two toilets sinks, both in separate rooms.A tub in one and a shower in the other.
